This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
